We introduced and acquired an “out of town” retail warehouse on behalf of our client. The property was let to a national discount fashion retailer at a low rent with twenty-two years left on the lease.

Following the acquisition we managed the property through our asset management arm with a view to maximising value. We obtained a report on the current rental value for an upcoming rent review, allowing us to introduce a sale of the property to an institutional buyer within two years, giving the client a return on equity of over 60%.
